Schema Composer can't find embedded packages

I have a project I inherited that has embedded packages.  When I attempt to generate a schema using the Schema Generator, it requests the file location of the embedded package, which I am unable to resolve, since they are internal.  What do I need to do to have the Schema Generator locate the internal packages?

Can you be a bit more specific? I don't know what you mean by "Embedded packages" and what you are doing when you have this issue.
