users unable to log in to the repository model

Hi,

Some of the users in my organization are getting error message regarding MDG Technologies. The error message says "Access to this model requires the following technologies which are not available : ...." 

I have set all MDG Technologies as "Required" in the Model --> Options setting. The issue still persists. Is there any other setting that I need to check?

That is exactly the problem.
Setting MDG's as required means that a user that doesn't have access to that MDG technology cannot access the model.
Setting ALL MDG's required makes no sense at all.
You should only do that for the MDG's that you actually use, and without which the model could not be used in a meaningful manner.

PS. Also be careful to not set an MDG as required and afterwards deleting it, because that has the same effect as locking your keys in your car.

Thanks Geert. I have reverted the setting and it works fine now.
