timeout on importing from DOORS

When using the DOORS plugin and importing a module, there are several steps shown while the import progresses. On Checking contents of DOORS module - the second step - I get the message Server busy together with a window telling some unreadable failure (the window is too small to read it and cannot be resized).

I click several times on Retry - in my case about 15 minutes - and it seems to work.

I assume EA DOORS plugin has a timeout waiting for a response from DOORS server. Do you know how to increase that timeout, so that EA DOORS plugin will wait a bit longer for response?

Or: does someone know where to get help with the DOORS plugin?
