MDG Link for Doors: import custom stereotypes?

I am trying to import requirements from a DOORS module into EA using the add-in MDG Link for DOORS.  In the EA model, we have defined a custom profile with stereotypes for requirements (blackbox_requirement, whitebox_requirement, etc.).  I would like to have the imported requirements use these custom stereotypes instead of the default requirement type.  Is there a way to do this?
