I am trying to download v14 and I get prompted with user name and password. I have tried putting in my details that I have for support but it doesn't allow me to download. Is this a separate username and password?

Your credentials may have expired. Your puchase of EA buys 12 months of downloads. After that, you will need to renew for further downloads. Please contact our sales team at the usual address: [email protected]

With your yearly renewal you also get a new username and password.
In fact, you can deduce the support period from the username.
If you have a username that says: ea0419 that means this is valid from april 2019 until april 2020
