EA14 quicklinker with different profiles doesn't work
« on: May 02, 2019, 06:08:42 pm »
I defined stereotyped elements in 2 different profiles (ProfileA and ProfileB).
With the new quicklinker support in EA14, I used the stereotyped relationship relationships between stereotypes within ProfileA but also from ProfileA elements to ProfileB.

All stereotyped relationships are available in the toolbox, delivered in the MDG.

The quicklinker does not work when I try to create a link from a ProfileA stereotype element to a ProfileB stereotype element.

Is it a bug, or is there a workaround?

Thanks
Guillaume

When you do a link from something in ProfileA to ProfileB, you'll need to create an abstract stereotype with the fully qualified name of the target within ProfileA. It won't work linking to the element directly from the other profile.
