Change Type function for multiple vertices is offered, but only one is changed

If you select multiple vertices, the Design | Element | Edit> Change Type... dialog is offered, but it only acts on one of the elements.  The "favourite son" seems to be a "majick" selection.

Either disable the option or make it work properly (i.e. change all the selected items to the specified type).

I noticed that long ago. EAUI. It will probably never be changed.

I'll settle for disabling it.  Just don't leave it as is.
