EA 15 BETA: Scrollbar in project browser at the wrong location

Someone apparently thought it would be a good idea to move the horizontal scrollbar from the bottom of the project browser view to the top of the view.

Just like .... not a single piece of software.
Please move it back to the bottom position where it should be. Each and every standard windows components puts the horizontal scrollbar on the bottom. That is where users expect it to be. Moving it to the top is just madness

Hehe. Just being in the situation that I can relax and read the complaints about the new EA version. Unfortunately my neck muscles will get painful the next days. Always shaking the head.
