v15 beta - can't find Tagged Values and Construct windows

With a dual monitor, I like to have a set of my commonly used windows open on the second monitor. I can't find how to open the Tagged Values window and the Construct window (I find this second one helpful for editing tests once selected in the Test window (which I have found) - has anyone found where these are hiding? They don't appear in the menu search so may have changed name as well!

Tagged values has been integrated with properties window (extra "tab" called tags)

I don't know about the construct window. Is that maybe the element option in the project browser?

Would be nice if Sparxians would go the modern & flexible way and support the user to compose their own windows setup
