v15ᵦ - [Ctrl+Shift+V] Does not change the author and dates

I previously discussed the issue of the Last Editor.   (See: Last Editor - functionality)

This defect is related.  When you use [Ctrl+Shift+V] to create a NEW item from an existing one, the items dates are NOT set to the current date and the author is NOT set to the current user.

Since this is a "paste as NEW" functionality, the mentioned properties should be correctly set.

If this functionality is to be fixed, please consider creating an option to make the Author field the Last Editor field - we haven't had the time to implement the functionality ourselves, and it any case, it should be a standard option.

In addition to that, I would like to see:
- author, recent editor, dates of creation and recent modification for connectors
- Summary window to be used for displaying diagram information like listed above (data already exists and are available in diagram properties window

Importing the new AWS stuff I noticed that the objects I dragged off the toolbar have Neil Capey's (KP) name against them...

Needs fixing, guys!  (and removing Neil's name is NOT the fix...)
