Associating Model Glossary Term with Diagram

I am currently working on creating a model glossary in the Sparx EA tool and have used the Glossary Template to create a report in PDF format which shows all of the definitions of terms. I would like to create a column in that model glossary which will pull the name of the Diagram to which the term is associated. I have tried adding the column but when you right click to add a field, you are only able to select from the 3 default glossary fields. Is it possible to create a column in the Model Glossary Template to pull the diagram name associated with the Glossary Term? If so, how can this be done? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
