Is it possible to import requirements from PDFs?

Is it possible to copy and past text into EA from a PDF as you can in MS Word? I tried highlighting text in the PDF and dragging and dropping it onto a requirements diagram, but nothing happened.

There is no feature available to import PDF direct. However if you've received requirements in PDF then you can open with MS Word 2016 or later and save as MS Word format then import it using the office plug-in.
Depending on how well the PDF has followed styles like header 1, 2, 3 etc you may need to do some pre-formatting so it imports without problems.
Same goes for tables

It would depend if the PDF has been protected.  Not on anything EA related.
