v15rc - Datatypes dialog, can't set maximum Scale

In the datatypes dialog, there is NO place to set the Maximum Scale if you've selected the "Precision and Scale" sizing option.

The t_datatypes table will allow you to set it via direct injection, but the UI still refuses to process it correctly.  It will also NOT display the max scale in the dialog.
