v15 - Database builder Generate DLL… doesn’t use multi-screen consistently

This may not be an EA defect (and it may not be a defect at all).  When using EA Database Builder in a multi-screen environment and EA is NOT on the "main screen", the first dialog is placed on the main screen, not the screen with EA on it but the progress screen is placed on the screen with EA, I have to play "Desk Tennis" (my head keeps having to swivel from side to side) to watch what's going on.

Any one else seeing this?
