v15 – Generalization Set Dialog, Doesn’t “SELECT DISTINCT”

This isn't so much a bug as an observation.  Should you accidentally have more than one Generalization between two items, the Generalization Set dialog doesn't do a "SELECT DISTINCT" so there will be two (or more if you're really sloppy) entries in the list.

This can happen in an enterprise-wide repository where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...
