New Users getting WAIT_TIMEOUT error trying to connect to earepository

I have a couple of new users, one on a laptop, the other on a VDI, and neither are able to connect to the repository, their connection settings match what all of the other users are using, so I am not sure what could cause the error.  Any idea how to resolve?

The error reads: 

Enterprise Architect
 Sparx Systems Cloud Services [2009]
Error retrieving results:  WAIT_TIMEOUT

Any updates on this?  Same issue with us, seems to happen most frequently with adding relationships to models.   After getting the error, the model change is saved.
