Issue creating defining block constraints EA 15

I am having trouble defining constraints to a block, following the "Creating a Parametric Model" guide.

I can do it fine in EA 14, but when I try in EA 15 I am unable to select an artefact. I can create one, but not subsequently select it in order to configure the SysML simulation.

The guide has notably not been updated to EA 15.

Can anyone help me with the step I assume I am missing here?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'The guide has notably not been updated to EA 15.'

This is the link to the EA 15 version of the Help topic, which is available on the website (and as part of the installer for Release 15.) The topic had some minor updates made to it for that release.
