EA_OnNotifyContextItemModified is triggering two times

Hi,

While modifying the element name in the project browser, EA_OnNotifyContextItemModified event is triggering two times. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

But inside the diagram, I changed the element name, it is running properly. Event is triggering only ones.
