MDG DOORS Link and Ea Project on database
« on: September 19, 2012, 11:43:27 pm »
Hi folks,

I have the following behavior:

If I use a local EAP-File the MDG DOORS Links wokrs in expected way.

If I log into a project on a MySQL Server and I try to use MDG DOORS Connection I got an error message:

"An error occurred while attempting to communicate wiht an Addin:

 DOORS (DoorsInterface.EADoors)
 EA_MenuClcik: Microsoft Cursor Engine [-2147217864]

Die zum Aktualisieren angegebene Zeile wurde nicht gefunden. Einige Werte wurden seit dem letzten Lesen ggf. geƤndert.

Please contact the add-in provider for assisstance."

Did anybody have the same problem also before?
Does anybody have solution for it?

With best regards,
Christian
PS: I use DOORS 9.2.03 (Client), EA Version 9.2.921 (Build 921) and MDG Link for DOORS 2.1.20

IIRC there a post here somewhere from a Sparxian confirming an issue with the MDG DOORS and some database.

Try searching the forum using the top left button.

I have tried to search the forum, but without any success. All topics related to DOORS was not useful. Do you have more information?
