Preventing the Automatic Display of Block Properties

My program is planning on upgrading from EA 13.5 to EA 15.1, and in the process of transitioning a copy of our model file to test it out, I have found that there appears to be some kind of setting that automatically displays a block's properties even when they weren't being displayed before.  This causes a great deal of distortion to all of the BDDs (there are hundreds in our model).  Is there a way to prevent this from happening and save us a lot of re-work to fix all of the BDDs?

I'm guessing you might need to write a script to fix that up.

I was hoping that there was something more proactive that we could do - like a setting (or multiple settings) that I could set up in EA to suppress the display of properties before I open the model for the first time.  Even with a script, there would be be quite a bit of tidying up to do.

Yes, what you describe is really a problem in newer EA versions!!!
