Case sensitive sorting

It does my head in when I use diagram layout with the Sort Name (ascending) and find the the sort is case sensitive.


This isn't the way the real (e.g. business) work works, and certainly sin't what my users expect in documentation.


Any way of changing this so sorting is case (and accent) insensitive?
(and its not related to the Database collate sequence which is set to case and diacritic insensitive)

It's the collation of the DB. Probably you can change it there (or your DBA can do so).
