Support mail quota exceeded
« on: June 30, 2020, 01:20:08 am »
Hi.
I tried to send a message to the priority support in the registered user page, but the mail returned to me with following message:

Quote
This message was created automatically by the mail system (ecelerity).

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

>>> [email protected] (reading confirmation): 552 5.2.2 <[email protected]> Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)

It's expected? Because it should be a problem if I cannot contact their support... In my opinion their mail quota is full and they cannot receive anything, so I cannot contact them... What should I do?

Send an email to support, ... oh, euhm,  :-\ ;)

Have you tried to send an email to [email protected]? If their mailbox isn't full yet, they should be able to contact their co-workers in support.
