Link Note to Element - How can I show the Parts/Properties?

I created Classelements with FlowPropertys (Type of the FlowProperty is a Signal). Then I used the Classelements as Property Type of Ports.
If I click on the Port, in the Features (Part/Properties) I can see the FlowProperty with the Signal as type.
In the diagram I want to show which Signals flow through which Ports.
I tried the linked Note, but I can not select Parts/Properties.

Does anybody know a way I can show the Parts of the Port? Or maybe an other way?
