Journal Entries - Checkbox Option Please

Right now, the journal feature allows for bullet points or numbered paragraphs.  It would be great to have a checkbox as an option (like you have on the Checklist element) so I could make my entries and check them off as they are addressed.  Right now, I use Evernote for this, but it would be better if I could use the Journal for this kind of informal tracking.
