v15.2 – Set Visible Relations – UI Broken – runs like it has multi-select on

Is it just me or is the Set Visible Relations – UI broken? It runs like it has multi-select on permanently!  You can spend tens of seconds trying to adjust the visibility of the relationships in the list only the have the UI reset on you.

I thought multi-select should only be active if the [Ctrl] or [Shift] key was pressed (depending on the circumstance).
