Simulation of Activity Diagram not executing corre

In an Activity diagram with object flow, the simulator does not execute correctly. It starts, and then ends without following the flow paths. If I remove the objects, having a diagram with only actions, it's working correctly. Is this by design, a bug or do I miss something? (EA 9.3 Prof evaluation). Any hint is highly appreciated.

Object Flow isn't used at all in 9.3.

Could you explain what you mean with 'Object Flow isn't used at all in 9.3. '? A answer like this does not help me much further.

I suspect it means that in EA version 9.3 the simulation engine doesn't take into account object flows, but only control flows.

And because Simon is so specific about the version I suspect also that that might be different in version 10.
