BPSim diagram not printing BPSimResultCharts

We are looking at BPSim and trying out the examples in the EAExamples.eapx file.  Specifically, we were looking at the diagram:
Shipment Process of a hardware retailer
On one machine, using print preview, we only see the 4 BPSim items, the charts are NOT rendered.  On three other machines, it's fine!  On the anomalous machine, we are able to print the complete diagram using the File | Print to PDF... dialog.

Any ideas?  I have repaired all the EA installations on all the machines (b1555)

I've seen those type of problems before, but never really figured out why this was happening.
I noticed it mostly when selecting everything in a diagram, copying and pasting in Paint. Then sometimes, some random elements were not in the image.
