Linking notes to project glossary

Hi,
I want to create new glossary definitions from some of the text items in a notes window. The EA use manual says you can do this by right-clicking on a text item and then choosing the glossary, but my context menu doesn't have that option (just the standard Undo, Cut, Copy, Paste, Select All).

Is this something I can change by changing a setting or is this implemented in versions from 7.5 up, so I should upgrade?

It might be a View/Workspaces/Commands issue. Check that the full command set is on.

P.S.: Reading again it appears you are pre-7.5?
