v15.2 – "Command" for Save/Load Controlled Package

In another thread, I ask a question regarding the difference between Controlled Package Save/Load and a simple Package Export/Import.

There are keyboard shortcuts to do the simple Package Export/Import, [Ctrl+Alt+E] & [Ctrl+Alt+I] respectively.  I wanted to set up keyboard shortcuts for the Controlled Package Save/Load, but I can't find the appropriate command to assign the shortcut to in the Customize|Keyboard dialog.

Is there one?
