I have a problem, when I create a user story type artifact, EA creates a stereotype of type EAUserStory, which I can't change for userstory, could someone help me?

You have to use the correct stereotype from the correct MDG.
The easiest way is to create one from the correct toolbox.

Which one are you normally using? The one from BABOK?

That looks like how it's supposed to be.

That creates an element from the EAUML profile. That's the Core Extensions MDG (2nd in my 13.5 MDG list). You need to have that turned on.
