Script added connector not shown in traceability window
« on: February 24, 2021, 12:44:40 am »
I have added connectors through a VBS script. They do show up as expected in diagrams (after a diagram refresh) but not in the traceability window so I suspect they are not properly added to the database. Of course I have used connector.update.
What more can I do? A sort of general database update?

If you see them on a diagram, they exist in the database.
Do you still have this problem after closing and re-opening EA?

It might be a caching problem.

What type of connectors are they? Also try looking in the Relationships window (Start > Desktop > Design > Relationships).

The Traceability window also allows you to filter out some relationship types. Try clicking the drop down "Relationship Selector" on the toolbar to see what is currently enabled/disabled.
