Baseline comparison output XML file questions

Dear all,
I am very new to EA, and using version 15.1,
I have a question:
How to specify and limit the set of properties to compare when doing Baseline comparison?
The main issue is that we have very big model (https://bridgmodel.nci.nih.gov/)
And after performing Baseline comparison and outputting the results, the output XML file is getting very big.

We don't need to have a check on all properties which were changed from one version of the model to another, but only a few ones.
So my question, does EA has means to limit the set of properties to compare while doing Baseline comparison?
