How to list diagram name, author, view, version, etc. in a box/object

Quick and simple question (hopefully):

How do I create a title block on my Sparx diagrams that lists the information that shows up in the General section when I double-click on the background of a diagram?

I've done it before, but it's been awhile, and I've forgotten what that title box object is called, and can't seem to find the instructions in the help file.

If I understand what you mean, then the only way I know is a shape script on a stereotype.

There are actually two ways. One is what steen suggested and there's also a note element than can be placed individually. Its located under Common/Diagram Note. It has a bit different content. The wonderful world of EA.

I did find that if I copied and pasted one of the pre-existing title blocks (unsure if this is the right nomenclature) from an old diagram to a new one, it automatically updates the title, author, dates, and versioning information for the current diagram.

So I guess I got a freebie there.

I just found that item and was coming back to post about it...evidently I missed your post the first time around.

Yes, I found going to the Properties box, then selecting the Diagram menu and selecting  "Show Diagram Details" in Appearance area gave me exactly this.
