We accidentally created a duplicate stereotyped relationship between two stereotypes.  It ended up generating two identical entries in the MDG (which is how we discovered it - while trying to chase down another stereotyped relationship anomaly).
<stereotypedrelationship stereotype="<MyProfile>::SQLInsrt" constraint="<MyProfile>::DBTbl;<MyProfile>::DBVw;EAUML::table;EAUML::view;EAUML::view"/>

Not a biggie, but it might have generated two QuickLinker entries to confuse the "punters".

The set of constraints should be unique, no?

A constraint is a constraint is a constraint... Telling it twice does not make it stronger. But also not less. Else - not worth the fuss I guess.
