Database Builder for Azure SQL Database

I am trying to design a database for Azure SQL Database.  In EA, when I go to "Database Builder" and then click "Click for New Database", I am presented with a list of database model types, but for SQL Server the latest version on my list is "Basic SQL Server 2012 Model".

Do I need to install something to get more recent versions of SQL Server or Azure SQL Database to be available?  or is SQL Server 2012 "good enough" for modeling for Azure SQL Database?

I have Enterprise Architect 15.2.1558 installed.

SQL Server 2012 should be good enough to model an Azure SQL Database.
