Export Model to Excel does not include custom tags?

Update Aug 25 2021: Exporting All stereotypes has resolved this question (discovered through trial-and-error).

Hello -

I'm attempting to export to Excel a Model that contains several diagrams, a list of applications, and a list of servers (related to the applications). The objects I'm seeking to export are of stereotype Archimate3::Archimate_Device. I've set up the export template, and at every tab that allows me to do so, have added the names of my custom tags on those Devices. I have confirmed that several of my devices contain the custom tags with populated values.

The export runs and produces column headers on the various tabs for my custom tags, but does not populate their values within the rows of device data.

I have available the following, but do not see how to attach them here:

• Screenshots of the Excel Export template (.docx)
• Screenshots of the Model structure and one device's properties and tags (.docx)
• Excel export results, with the sample device and the missing custom tag column headings highlighted (.xlsx)

Any advice will be greatly appreciated; thank you in advance,
