Print to PDF - still not fixed ?
« on: September 01, 2021, 06:19:50 pm »
I have seen some dated posts about exporting to PDF, and yet today I found that printing a diagram to PDF is as bad as it could be.  Do you have any workaround/resolution for it ?  I need to print whole diagram on a single, big PDF page and the way it comes out now is ... crap, split over multiple pages.

Never mind, I found a work around - not great, but setting page properties at diagram level ... now have to do it for XX diagrams :-( but at least I can squeze some of diagrams into A3 (which seems to be max supported)

I think it depends on the printer driver you use. There is more than one PDF printer driver. But printing is still more magic than science.

It is possible to print to PDF A2, A1 and A0 diagrams but as qwerty noted it depends on the type of driver you have installed.

Also, each new diagram inherits the default page size. This behaviour is not different from the way most office software works. There are various ways of changing the default page size of a diagram.
