Inconsitencies in MDG relationships availability
« on: January 06, 2022, 06:49:38 pm »
Hello, Community,
First of all, a Happy New Year!

I'm starting 2022 with a silly problem: I've created an MDG to model some custom elements, and I have a strange issue: When I try to create some (custom) relationships between two objects, some times my relationship is displayed on quicklink and works well when dragged from toolbox, but sometimes, between the same types of object, it's not available and trying to use it from toolbox raises an exception ("Wrong type of relationship").
Any idea how I could troubleshot the issue? It seems weired that between instances of the same objects, behavious is different.

Thanks a lot for helping.
Colin

There is an option in the quicklink menu to restrict the available options to the toolbox, so depending which toolbox is active, the available options in the quicklink might change.

Thanks Geert, I'll have a look at that!

I am having a similar "silly" problem, inherited from 2021, and I am reopen another thread on the General Forum -subject Difference between Quicklinkers and Stereotyped/Meta Constraints.

The stereotyped/custom relationships show in the toolboxes but not in the Quicklinker.
