Hello,

How can I identify the last login date for each user?

Thanks!

You can't. And why would you? If you have a license server see when the last one was obtained. (Though I have no idea how to pull that out there.)

We have a limited number of licenses and need to reassign the license key to whoever is not using it.

Are you using floating licenses? If you are using floating licenses you should not have to face that problem very often.

Hi Modesto Vega,

Do you happen to know where is the user guide for the floating licenses?

The easiest way to find which type of licenses are used is to run Sparx EA, go to Help menu in the Start ribbon, and select Register and Manage Your License Key(s).

If they are Shared Keys you are already using floating licenses, if they are not Shared Keys you may be able to reallocate by removing/realising the key.

Hello all,

Just for your information, using 1 standard (fixed) license among 2 or more users is prohibited by the EULA, even if you remove a license from your machine when you do not use the license.
