Floating License Server 401 / 403

Has anyone ever come across a situation where a single user gets 401 / 403 errors when attempting to get a license from the floating license server? I have multiple users that can checkout licenses with no issue but this one individual always receives 401 or 403 errors. We have tried from multiple machines on different networks and always get the same result. The credentials for the floating server are correct and even with all licenses checked in we still get the 401 / 403 issue for this individual. I notice in the server logs it always registers the following:

2022-03-31 10:49:27 [WARNING]: Thread 186  Floating License Error: Count failed, user not authorized for this request.

The count failed part of the message seems strange because as I say, we've done this with all licenses checked in and get the same message.

You might want to include some more details about your setup and configuration.

Is this the PCS version of the classic version of the license server you are talking about? Which versions, settings are you using, ...
