Saving a diagram to display in Matrix View by default

Does anybody know if in v15 (1560) there is a way to save a diagram or have a diagram open in matrix view by default?

I'm also interested in this topic.
Similarly, it would be great to set a diagram to a default view of Specification or List with a given set of columns.

I am assuming that this is currently not possible and will require a change request. Is this correct?
