Setup to enable layout tools on diagram screen

During EAsummit I saw a presenters screen where the layout tools are attached to the diagram screen.
When asking Sparx Support they mention this was only possible on older versions (which I doubt)
Using toolbar displays it below the ribbon, and it isn't adaptive so that's not optimal.

How do I configure my sparx to display the layout tools exactly on the diagram pane? (yes this position makes a huge difference to me in QOL as I only use it when modelling diagrams (on the webinar it displays it automatically disappears when not working with model elements that need layout)

This might be a plugin, if so: Can anyone tell me which plugin this is?
