v16.0 Linked Documents Icon

In previous versions, requirements diagrams would show the red 'A' icon for any requirements that contained a linked document. But this is no longer the case with v16.0.

Yes now reported a bug to Sparx.

This behaviour is not a bug, a new option has been added on the version 16.0.

In the dockable Properties window, check the 'Display Linked Document Icon' option to show the 'A' mark.

I disagree about it nog being a bug.
The release notes say

Added ability to optionally suppress linked document icons on a diagram via the docked diagram properties | appearance section

But it's the other way around. They added the ability to optionally show the linked document icon.
