Mini diagram images in generated documents

I've just generated my first document using 16.1 (32 bit as it crashes less frequently) and an existing document.


I notice that the diagram images are all small, e.g. 50% the width of the text area on a page, rather than the 100% I expected.


Has anyone else seen this?
Is it a bug, or is there some configuration that I am missing?

Maybe it is unrelated but we did have noticed that when using custom styles (not default style) it reverted back to default style when upgrading from 15.2 to 16.x

Did the images (or text elements) have a custom style making it larger (or smaller) in size?

I'm not seeing that. I have a bunch of other issues with document generation, but not that.
