EA - matching one element with more Layers
« on: March 08, 2023, 07:28:03 pm »
Hello,
I would like to ask if there is any possibility of adding one diagram element in more diagram layers in EA.
Example - I have defined 2 layers:
1. INPUT - matched with following diagram elements:
  1.1 Input system
  1.2 Preprocessing system

2. OUTPUT - matched with following diagram elements:
   2.1 Postprocessing system
   2.2 Output system

Nevertheless the third SUPPORT layer would be suitable where  Preprocessing system and Postprocessing system could be additionaly to previous definitions so that I could filter by checking / unchecking checkbox element groups as necessary.

Thank You

Hi, heydukr,

There was some discussion on this topic recently.  See https://sparxsystems.com/forums/smf/index.php/topic,47573.msg277302.html#msg277302
