Locked Element is EA 16.1 are still able to be updated.

Hello Everyone!

When trying to update and create new block diagrams in EA v16.1 build 1624, I´ve noticed that the locked elements can be traced to and from and have its properties changed. In version v15.1, this was not possible and when I tried to do the same a pop-up message appeared Stating "Warning: Connector cannot be created. Aggregation Element is locked or checked into version control". 

I´ve been reading the release notes, but I´m failing to understand why this occurs. Has anyone encountered this?

There is an option somewhere that says something like "include locks on connectors".
IIRC that option changes the behavior with regards to locking and connectors.

I'm not sure if that will solve your poblem, but it is probably worth a try.

I´ve tried your suggestion and the problem remains.
