Matrix Specification Not Populated in

Hi, wondering if anyone else has this issue.

I've created a series of matrix specifications in my installation of Sparx. When I open the .eapx file on another installation, all of the relationships are gone and sometimes even the source and columns are not generating. I checked the Manage-Tech window and that doesn't appear to be the issue (all of the same plugins related to the elements/relationships are installed).

The only other difference I've noticed so far is the license type. The type used to create the matrix specifications originally was a Unified license, while it is being opened on a Corporate license.

Does anyone else have any other ideas or experience on what else could be causing this issue?
