[EA16.1] Database Builder Queries UI behaviour improvements

Hi,

I'm using the Database Builder to manage and run queries on a configured DB.
Using EA 16.1, I found that the user interface behaviour could be improved:
- Double click on a query in the DB Builder Browser: it opens the query properties whereas it should open the query in Edit mode
- Editing/running a query, the read-only field showing the active query name could be changed either to a drop down with the list of opened queries, or with a number of tabs to easily navigate between opened queries.
