Lock/Unlock Package(s) "Hide for other groups"

I've just updated our schema from some historic version to the latest and transferred the data (it wasn't seamless, and it was very slow, don't ask).


During the process I've released all the block on the model, and an recreating the group locks.


I noticed the very handy "Hide for other groups" tick box - which only appears in specific contexts.
Then I lost it again.
Finally I realised it only appears at the root level, not at the project level.


Have I missed something? This would be very handy to have at a project level.

I'm one of those people who often uses the tool without reading all the documentation.
I think the affordance of this control could be improved.


I will send in a feature request asking that it be extended above the root.
