Visibility of SysML Compartments -
« on: June 05, 2023, 10:07:35 pm »
I'm testing out the ability of SysML Block compartment to display related requirements and, say, allocation of Requirements to a Block. According to this  - https://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/16.1/modeling_languages/block_element_compartments.html - they should be displayed when links of the correct SysML type are made.

1) For some strange reason although the SysML spec states that Requirements can be added to any SysML diagram the SysML Common toolbox is missing some of the typical relationships (Trace, Verify, Satisfy) that you might expect to use with a Requirement forcing the user to have to switch to a SysML Requirement Diagram toolbox to do this.

2) I've tried adding a SysML Requirement and using the Trace, Verify and Satisfy relationships between the Requirement and the Block but it makes no difference to the Block compartment visibility. Am I doing something wrong?
